Matt is a well recognised leader within the industry and local community and has received a number of awards throughout his career. With a keen desire to stay on top of the trends, Matt is continually developing his skills, knowledge and experience in order to continue leading the way within the marketplace.
Matt completed his Diploma in Real Estate and studied business at the University of Newcastle. He was awarded Rookie of the year in 2012 for a major franchise group and was previously a partner in a larger firm at only 24 years old. He has now taken the exciting step of founding his own brand. Matt has a strong background with the necessary experience and communication skills and helps his clients visualise and realise their property goals by creating a structured selling plan.
Matt enjoys keeping active and fit in his spare time. He’s a real adventurer and has explored most of the world. His motto is “Life’s an adventure, let’s go!”
Shannon is sophisticated and intelligent, and complements Matt’s energy and passion with her knack for structure and process. She helps create the plans and strategies that turn client’s dreams into reality, and she is responsible for keeping the team moving forward so they can focus on creating the best possible experience for their clients.
Shannon is mainly behind the scenes working alongside Matt to finetune the strategies and marketing techniques that keep McKee Real Estate one step ahead of the pack.
Off the tools, Shannon is Matt’s life partner and adventure buddy and you’ll often see them enjoying a nice dinner with wine or climbing mountains and backpacking in some of the world’s most remote areas.
